Okay so I got my medical records from the hospital....any of my nurse friends want to help me understand this? The Radiology report states:

"Pelvic calcifications are phleboliths. 2.6 x 2.8 cm mildly expansile mixed lytic sclerotic lesion is seen involving the right iliac crest. There is a small amount of free fluid in the pelvis. Mildly expansile collection of roughly ring-shaped sclerotic densities in the right iliac crest measuring 2.7 x 1.0 x 2.7 cm." long sleeve short formal dresses

Any ideas or can anyone explain this to me a little better? I have a doctor's appointment in the morning but I am just trying to understand this a little more.
